αυ, ευ Combinations - Examples
If "αυ" and "ευ" are found in a word the sound changes.If these two letters are followed by a vowel or by β,ρ,γ,λ,ν,δ,μ,ζ then they are read as "ev - εβ".
If they are followed by any other consonant, they are read as "ef - εφ".
